When Time is Running OUT

决定自发地扩大我的工作范围后，便与老板谈。

结论是老板当然支持（员工自动跑来告诉你要更多工作……你会反对咩） ，但是过程中他讲了一句令我深思的话：

"Looking back what you've done at the beginning of your work, you mentioned it took you six months to realize what is the effective way. Do you think you need to take that much time to realize it, looking at it now?"

我张口结舌，不知道他想要怎样的答案。只好老实告诉他："Of course now I wouldn't take much time to accomplish that, but without that struggling part I wouldn't be who I am as well."

"When you're stepping into sales field, I hope you'll be open minded so that you'll shorten the time you need to realize that--sometimes it's not about price, it's not about technical competency, or what you think it is to close the sales."

时间好像不够用呢。要再加把劲了！
